- Based on Sprout's consumer survey of 2,305 respondents in the US, UK and Australia who have at least one social media account and follow at least five brands, fielded October 6 to 16, 2025. This figure shows the share of respondents who want brands on LinkedIn to share educational product information 24%, updates from company leadership 24%, customer service and support 17%, managing smaller communities 9%, and interacting with other brand accounts 9%. The report text also says only 5% want companies to partner with influencers, but that value is not in this figure's data table.
