Terms & Conditions
These Terms govern your use of Stacy’s Brain at stacysbrain.com, operated by GREEN DOTS - FZCO, United Arab Emirates (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. The service
Stacy’s Brain is a free database of marketing insights, benchmarks and collections. Each card summarises findings from a third-party study or report, rates the source (A–D) and links to the original.
You may use the site if you are at least 16 years old and use it for lawful purposes. We may change, add or remove parts of the service, or stop it, at any time. Features marked as early access, waitlist or beta are offered as they are and may change or be withdrawn.
2. Our content and third-party research
What is ours. The selection and structure of the database, the card summaries, source ratings, collections, benchmark ranges, design, logo and software are owned by GREEN DOTS - FZCO or its licensors.
What is not ours. The underlying studies, reports, data and trademarks belong to their authors and publishers. We summarise and quote them for commentary and reference, always with a link to the original. Naming a company or report does not mean it endorses Stacy’s Brain.
Independence. We do not accept payment to include, rate or rank any source in the database. If we ever offer sponsored placements, they will be clearly labelled and kept separate from rated content.
If you own a source. If you believe a card misrepresents your work or uses it beyond what the law permits, write to contact@stacysbrain.com with the card link. We will review it and correct or remove it where appropriate.
3. How you may use our content

Credit. When you use a card or collection publicly, credit “Stacy’s Brain” with a link to the card and keep the link to the original source. The numbers belong to the original study; cite it as the primary source.
Licence. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use our content as set out above. Third-party material in cards remains subject to its owners’ rights.
Automated access beyond normal browsing (crawlers, bulk downloads, API calls) needs our written permission, except as expressly allowed in our robots.txt.
4. Not advice, and how accurate it is
Stacy’s Brain is information, not professional advice. Nothing on the site is marketing, financial, legal or investment advice for your situation. Benchmarks describe what other companies reported in specific samples and periods; your results will differ.
We check sources and rate their quality, but the underlying research may contain errors, become outdated or reflect the interests of its publisher. We do not guarantee that any card is complete, current or correct. Check the original source before you rely on a figure for an important decision. Ratings reflect our assessment of a source’s methodology against the criteria published at Stacy’s Brain website. They are an opinion, not a statement about the publisher.
If you find an error, use “Report an error” on the card or write to contact@stacysbrain.com. We review reports and correct cards where needed.
5. What you send us and acceptable use
Your submissions. When you send a request, feedback, error report or idea, you confirm you have the right to share it and that it contains no confidential or sensitive personal information. You allow us to use it, without payment, to answer you and to improve and expand the database. We will not publish your name or company with it without your permission. How we handle personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy.
Early access and waitlists. Joining a waitlist or early-access list does not guarantee access, a launch date or a price. We will contact you about the feature you signed up for.
Acceptable use. Do not use the site to break the law, send spam or malicious code, overload or probe our systems, get around access limits, or pretend to be someone else.
6. Liability, law and changes
As is. The site is provided free of charge, “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, GREEN DOTS - FZCO is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or decisions you make based on the content. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to this, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the site is limited to USD 100.
Links. Links to original studies and other sites are for reference. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory protections of the country where you live.
Changes. We may update these Terms. The new version applies from its effective date; continuing to use the site means you accept it.
